I need to change the date / time for my appointment, but the system won't let me do this? Is this an error?
How do I change my date and time?
Some Hospital clinics have turned off the option allowing you to cancel or reschedule your appointment date/time online. This is not a system error.
- If this happens where the cancel / reschedule buttons are greyed out, this means that you cannot cancel / reschedule your appointment online and would need to contact the clinic directly to do this.
- Usually when this happens, the clinic has provided a contact detail in your confirmation email which will provide an alternative method to cancel / reschedule your appointment.
- Please check your confirmation email for your appointment to view this.
