I need to change the date and time for my test. How do I do this?
Covid19 Tests can now be booked in many different ways.
(If you contacted your GP and were referred for a Covid19 test - please see here for how to change this)
For SELF-REFERRED Covid19 Tests booked ONLINE via the HSE website
Appointments booked online via the HSE website cannot be rescheduled or changed to another date or time. The HSE are not offering this option.
STEP 1
- If the appointment no longer suits you, please CANCEL your appointment using the link sent to you in your confirmation text. (You will receive a cancellation SMS text)
STEP 2
- Please then book a NEW Covid19 test for your new date/time.
- Please book online at https://covid19test.healthservice.ie/hse-self-referral/
- You will receive a new SMS text for your new appointment once booked.
For INTERNATIONAL TRAVELLERS INTO Ireland booked ONLINE via the Government website.
Appointments booked online via the Government website cannot be rescheduled or changed to another date or time.
STEP 1
- If the appointment no longer suits you, please CANCEL your appointment using the link sent to you in your confirmation text. (You will receive a cancellation SMS text)
STEP 2
- Please then book a NEW Covid19 test for your new date/time.
- Please book online again using the International link to book at: https://www.gov.ie/en/service/f4ad3-book-a-covid-19-test-for-after-you-arrive-in-ireland/
- You will receive a new SMS text and Email confirmation for your new appointment once booked.
PLEASE NOTE:
- You do not need a Swiftqueue account to book these appointments. There are booked directly via the HSE or the Government website.
- These appointments will not show in your Swiftqueue online patient portal.
