My Second Dose Vaccination appointment has been changed to 4 weeks later? Why is this?
My Appointment date has been rescheduled a few times - Why does this happen?
Swiftqueue facilitates the appointments booking system for a number of Hospital Vaccination clinics.
All reschedules / cancellations however, are carried out by the specific Hospital Vaccination Clinic directly and not Swiftqueue.
SMS Texts to communicate this are sent by the Swiftqueue system.
- If your second dose appointment was changed to 4 weeks later than planned, this was rescheduled by your Hospital Vaccination clinic in line with Government National Guidelines.
- If a clinic runs out of vaccines, or deliveries of vaccines are not on time, this can result in a reschedule or cancellation of your appointment.
- If this happens, you will receive an SMS update which will let you know that your appointment has been rescheduled to a new date or else the text will advise you on how to arrange a new date / what to do next.
